About the Bootcamp

Our challenge was to develop solutions using the Open Finance System that add value to the finance advisor’s day-to-day, considering a market that's already acquainted with operations with shared data.

We’ve worked with Double Diamond methodology to discover, define, develop and deliver a solution focusing on B2B market. Check it out below.

The first step was dig into desk research, where we could understand more about the Open Finance System and how the XP Investimentos works as well.

After all the research and a CSD Matrix, we had enough data to conduct an interview with our persona: the finance advisor from a XP’s partner using ZOOM.

1. 80% of the advisor’s customers was nominated by another

2. The main issue to amplify the customers base is the lack of focus and long term goals

3. With a wider vision about the customer’s financial life, the advisor would be capable of suggest better recommendations

4. Phone calls and text messages are the principal contact between client and advisor‍

At this stage, knowing the pain points from the persona, we’ve reached for the brainstorming phase, where we could ideate possible solutions and prioritize the biggest impact in 2 days. We had a mentoring session to present our value proposition and than, run out to development.

The feature gathers all medium/long term prospects and leads connected to the XP Advisor platform, providing a broad view of their client portfolio, where they can see and track their prospects over time.

When a potential client meets the requirements, the advisor will receive a notification to approach him and start business.
